Issues while placing an order : Whenever I try to place an order especially during night time there have been a lot of instances where the payment gets failed and I have to call back and follow up if the refund has been issued, There are no automatic messages from Netmeds. And when an item or items cancelled also there is no automatic messages that are triggered
Order Splitting: Most of the time the orders are split into multiple shipments and if we order a cheaper version of the medine and if its comes from a different city its guaranteed that it will be one these things - either it will be late, cancelled or undeliverable. And the same saga as point 1 starts where I have to follow up for a refund.
Delivery Timelines - Unless the medicines are being delivered from the same city they are bound to be late - Presently I have placed an order on14th Sept and the shipment which contained 13 items has not even been dispatched .
Doctor consultation: If you miss a doctor consultation sometimes the call does not come for hours together and there is no way to request for it immediately.
I have seen your advertisement featuring Kareena kapoor that the medicines are delivered in a train in a giffy - I cannot help myself laughing when it cannot be further from the truth. And you should understand the target customers you are dealing with - most of them must be senior citizens. How can you expect them to deal with these things?
Though when I escalate some of the issues get resolved but why do we have to escalate? Why the company cannot take care of these things systematically? I had to once call more than 10 times to get a status of the refund.
I am sorry to say some of your competitors are far ahead in some of these things and are doing a much better job.
Hope you will look into these and fix these things so the calls you get goes down and customers do not have to go through an ordeal to order medicines.
