Hello friends myself sawan molwa and today I am going to share and review my personal experience with netmeds.com they said that they have fastly delivery services and they are known by the punctuality but the same thing did not happen with me it was 15th of December 2018 when my grandmother has done very fast pain in her whole body with the help of my friend Anmol I came to know about that Netmeds.com so I had ordered some medicines like calcium some nutritional medicines and some pain killers they told me that the delivery will held within 24 hours but after 2 days I did not receive any medicines therefore I call the customer service which was very tough for me because on the website that don't want properly customer services anyhow I find that and I call the customer service but there taken me in waiting after very offers on another day I can we connect with them but what I have observed that the even don't know how to handle customers and how to tell them answer of the questions finally after 10 minutes of conversation that told me that there is some problem with the medicine stock which I demand for the told me that your delivery will be held after one day so I waited till then one boy came to my house to give me the medicines and he went out but did not tell me the proper prescription of using the medicines what kind of services they are providing I don't know no proper customer service not proper delivery timing and another thing is the delivery boy or the employer did not provide us precautions of using the medicines and also their website takes up to 3 to 5 minutes to be loaded completely after that I never ordered any medicines from netmeds.com and I was very angry by their services genuinely after that ad in my whole life I will never ordered any medicines from netmeds.com.
And also I want to suggest you that don't buy any medicines from netmeds.com because in market they are much more better options online rather than that vids.com which provide your timely delivery with effective medicines and proper customer services I will never recommend you for netmeds.com because I have to face so many problems if it was the emergency then what can I do that did not provide me medicines on time really really pathetic services so avoid netmeds.com.
