Let me tell you first, this issue is not resolved!


Yes, nothing can be worse in on-line shopping! And this site have the rare reputation of almost everyone reviewing it giving an abysmal rating.


One of my family members taking a medicine on long term. So I tried buying the drug from on-line sites as they offer varied choices of generics. I don't find any harm in going for generics if they are from reputed pharma, still they come at much lesser price than those companies branded ones. The only reason I preferred Netmed is that, they were the only ones supplying to my area among the few sites I checked. So I made my first order and made the payment.


Prescription was uploaded the same day. Nothing happened for 5 days!  The site was showing like, pending prescription verification. On day 6, I receive a mail stating that my order was cancelled'as requested by me'! I never made any such request, but would have excused if the money was refunded to my bank account. But they wont do so. They refund your money to their wallet, so you are forced to transact with them again if you don't want to lose your money. I send them a mail stating that, I haven't cancelled the order and to despatch the drug. If they can't do so to refund the amount to my account. To this day nobody replied.


You can't be adamant if it's your money is at stake. I wait for a few days and make a reorder. By the time there was significant increase in the price and I had to pay the increased amount. Unlike when you buy from Amazon or Flipkart, there are no updates. It reach you when it reach you! I get the medicines almost 10 days later.


I thought it may be an isolated incident. When it was the time for next refill, I make the order again. This time, I get one notification like the pharmacist have cleared my prescription. Then nothing. 8-9 days later I receive the parcel and to my dismay finds 30 tablets of the total 100 ordered missing! I check the bill, thanks they have billed for 70 tabs only. Then what about the money? I check my account and finds my wallet at zero balance. No acknowledgement for the incomplete order, no intimation and worse still, no refund!


Again I send mail. This time they respond saying the money will be refunded SOON. Still no explanation or acknowledgement for the incomplete delivery. One year and 7 months - as on Sept 2017- have passed still no refund!


Pros: As with any other online store, wide choice of medicines.


Cons: Everything basic for an on-line store is compromised with them.


Worst customer service - nobody answers you!(I really would like to meet some customer who have succeeded to chat with them in their site.)


No regard for time and money.


No timely intimations.


No refund to your bank account.(If you cancel an order, will need to buy again from them not to loose your money!)
