I have put more than a decade of experience in IT industry. I did an bench mark on Internet Service Providers
Past two years , we are using Leased line from Net4india. The service is simply superb. Earlier we were using other class-A ISP services, the support is pathetic. We are very happy to upgrade & recommend that net4india can be ranked in top 3 in Indian ISP businesses.
Talking about Voice over IP, again net4india are in the top slot. With net4india's solution our international call usage billing had come down to more than 40%
To add few more on network/systems support, we found net4india engineers are more knowledgable than other service providers.
Out of my two years of experience with net4india I found net4india is best service providers. Till now the uptime is more than 99.8 % uptime was achieved.
The way net4india is coming out with new products and services, we forsee there will a tremendous growth in net4india businesses.
