FAULTY NEROLAC DISTEMPER
I have purchased 13 drums each of 20 litres Violet distemper in the month of Dec 2010 for colouring our Hall and Rooms and Later on using the same it was found defective.
In this regard I made complaint to Delaer(on 22nd Dec 2010) from whom I did purchased the distemper and Dealer called the company Representative(Territory Sales Officer) and he made a visit in the 1st week of Jan 2011 and checked the distemper applied on the walls. He said that product is faulty and it’s removing from the walls like powder(when someone touches the wall with hand or cloths) and assured to solve the issue. He was already late to see the problem and lingered on the issue without time limits. (It seems company does not care for customtakeouters quickly…)
My Dealer has compensated for the faulty distemper but not for the labor work(Rs. 33000/- appx.). Now I want compensation for the labour work done on it. I have emailed to the Nerolac at their officail email id'complaints@nerolac.com' and called them on office numbers given on their website, but they have neither replied email nor picked any of the phones.
It seems they have no support for customtakeouters.I have decided to go for BERGER Paints.
