I went there last year, It is beautiful sculptures garden which is near sukhna lake, You can first go to 43 bus stand chandigarh, then you can take inter city bus and can ask them for rock garden.
It is easy to reach by local bus . If you want to hire auto that also good .
To enter this park you need to buy ticket which is very low price. Once you get entered you can see rock sculptures, also you can see sculptures which made with wastage material.
There is aesthetic view which you see many sculptures together, you can take pictures of them. While go deep inside this park, you will see waterfall, which is very beautiful and enhance the beauty of this park. Further you go inside. you will reach a place where you can find out many shops, where you can buy snacks, .
There is also camel ride available it charge you 100 rupees, you can sit on camel and can enjoy camel ride.
In short, if you visit chandigarh, you must see rock garden. it wil sure make you happy.
