I hate to be so cynical about Neeta Travels, but they have left me choice to do otherwise. It was last Thursday when I traveled to Shirdi using its service and since the start has been a series of unpleasant experiences for me and my family. Firstly, the driver and the conductor(cleaner) are down right rude and have no sense of customer service. But why blame them, their job I guess is ply the vehicle on its route (or at least that's whats been told to them).
So this unfriendliness doesn't stop with the personnel but also is vividly apparent in the bus' decor.- Wet (not damp but dripping wet) seats- Broken arm rests- Smelly upholstery(result of the wetness) and the list goes on for a few more but I'll spare you the boring details.
Well since it was a night journey the horror of an over sized Volvo cutting lanes, jerky braking like a juvenile bike junkie or the 'Monster Truck' computer game was minimized only because the road ahead wasn't visible to the passengers but it was truly nightmarish and despite several request from a few seriously concerned passengers continued till shirdi. While returning back the story wasn't different but they out did themselves by not stopping under the over at Mulund-Airoli. Now I know that its a rule and wouldn't want them to make exceptions for me but not on a rainy day such as last Saturday and especially with my 9 month old in my arms and my parents (senior citizens, both) with me.
But I guess all this complaining isnt going to affect the owners or people responsible at Neeta cause I hacve seen comments like mine on this site for the last 3 years now. So I will do what best I can and will NEVER EVER travel with them again.
