The Bus booked online for 3:50pm from Dadar failed to pick me up while I was available there 10 minutes before the reporting time. The reporting address did not mention the exact shop number to report to. All the different shops at Dadar showed "NEETA" boards and only added to the confusion. The behaviour of staff was absolutely shoddy.
The next bus was after one hour which also was running miserably late. The bus halted at every possible point where the conductors could guess that the pedestrians walking will go to Pune. What a miserable customer service! No value for customers time. They feel they are obliging on us by taking us to our destinations.
