Neeta is among top operators in Mumbai, I would correct myself and say they are the only big operator in Mumbai and being in this segment from long time are also trusted by people(including me). I would just list down good and bad things about them and then sumarrize .
GOOD POINTS
@Mutliple Services to places like Pune and Shirdi
@They usually dont cancel a service for reasons like less bookings(I mostly travel on weekeds so not sure if it is appicable to working days).
@They dont delay service if they have some empty seats.
@Buses are safe and well maintained(I have never expierenced breakdown in last 5 years(I would have travelled 20 -30 times during this period).
@Never heard of theft etc in their vehicle @ SMS updated are cool AREAS OF IMPROVMENT
Bus stinks,
Punctuality is a concern sometimes, I traveled from Shirdi to Mumbai on August 30, 2015. Though Shirdi is origion point, bus started late .Time was 9, but bus did not move till 9:30 even though it was standing at site since 8 am.
Whole Shirdi was sealed and no buses were allowed near mandir(When we reached Shirdi on Sunday morning at 3:30 we were dropped at parking lot few km's from mandir due to security arrangement for Kumbh) In spite of knowing that in morning driver bought bus near Neeta hotel and he was not allowed to get onto main mandir road by police, after delay of 30 minutes and shouting of passengers, he took a small lane which had nallah on one side, very scary felt like participating in Khatro Ke khiladi and reached main road.
Why to do such HERO acts, follow the guidelines and park vehicle at parking lot designated by govt.
.*And lastly during the halt at Nashik atleast 15 - 20 minutes are wasted even after passengers boarding from Nashik.
Staff needs some training in customer handling.
In all still a prefered service provider and reliable company.
