I visited Neeta International - Shirdi on 22-12-2014 with my family, the only reason I booked this hotel is because of the travels name and also booked the bus service of theirs for 21-12-2014 Mercedes Benz night bus from Mumbai to Shirdi also the bus in which I booked my seats was cancelled and I was shifted to another bus of the same category.
The bus service was adjustable as I don't even want to say it was OK, due to smelly seat covers and window curtains and horrible Air-Conditioning. We reached the hotel around 5/5:30 in the morning and checked in the hotel.
The room was stinking like there's been leakage from the walls due to rain, The white bed sheets have turned off white the towels too shared the same faith as the bed sheets.
The worst part was at the time of taking bath, there was no water heater in the bathroom nor there was any solar heated water facility, the only option available with them was a big and large blue drum kept in the end of the lobby with water heater attached to the drum to heat the water, and then I was told by the hotel staff to take bucket from my bathroom and take hot water from the drum, One can imagine taking a drum and walking 10mtrs wearing only a towel(as you were in middle of taking bath) in the cold month of December. and also the chance of getting electric shock if the heater is not turned off and you dip the bucket in the drum.
Over all a worst experience from the hotel and its staff for the price you pay, As Neeta Travels is a big name in the tours and travel industry so they should at least do some thing to keep that reputation.
