Neerja" is a very realistic and sensible movie which has been very well edited and directed by its filmmaker.Sonam has put in a very focused and competent performance in this movie, with Shabana Azmi as always doing very well.However for me the star performer of the movie was the actor who acted as one of the four hijackers, and went by the name of Khalil.
He was electrifying.After "Airlift" it was really pleasing to see such a realistic and sensible movie of such a high quality.Hope this opens the floodgates for many more movies of a similar standard, and much much less rubbish from the Indian film Industry.
