Neelam theatre is located in chandigarh. It is poor quality cinema. It is old cinema. Its infrastructer is not good. once time I am in chandigarh and go there for watch movie. Its ticket price is very high according to its service and condition.
Its seats are very uncomfortabel. Its seats are not neat and clean. It is very dirty. Its staff service is not good. Food court of this theater is not good. its price is very high.
Its sound and picture quality is below average. it is not 3d cinema. Its lighting is not good.
I am not satisfied with this cinema.
