As its situated in the sector seventeen that is most popular sector in chandigarh.neelam theatre is not as good as it should be . Because of elante and other malls sector seventeen loosing its value.so to maintain the beauty of this sector they must pay some attention on neelam theatre for example a little renovation and new name board.a little relaxation on tickets price gonna change its reputation.more singing programmes in 17 can change the scenerio of chandigarh.
