"Just found their link in Pune is with Allied packers and Mover and you can already see lot of worst feedback from user". I enquired them for moving my household stuff from Delhi to Pune. They will very politely say the entire lie in the world as seems to be they think that is the only way they can do business.
If you ask them the total price of the movement, they will give us less amount value. If you ask them within how many days your stuff will be delivered, then will say within 7 days. Now when you are fine with all the commitment, they will give you lot of shocks as described below.
1) During the day of packing once all the stuff is packed, they gave me the bill of Rs 24000 whereas they committed Rs16000 initially. They will then tell you that Vat, insurance were not considered when they provided me the estimate. I told them that I do not need insurance but as per them insurance is must.
Hence you are stuck at last movement and then after lot of argument we decided for Rs20, 000.
Note: I would never have gone for household movement if I would be aware of actual cost.
As there was not much stuff for movement.
2.) After 1 week when I enquire about the status of my stuff, they told me that due to some issue it will take few more days and then after every 2 days I receive the same response.
Then I received my stuff after 17 days.
3.) There were only 3 main items Fridge, Washing machine and bike.
Bike clutch was broken, lot of wires were removed.
Fridge is not powering on
Washing machine drum is broken as they have put lot of stuff inside it.
Even the folding bed was totally broken and not of any use to me.
My baby horse toy is also missing.
When I told them about this they will always politely tell lie that they are going to send someone to look into your issue and that guy will never reach.
"HENCE PEOPLE, PLEASE BE CAREFULL BY SELECTING SUCH PACKERS.
INSTEAD SELL YOUR STUFF IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THESE KINDS OF SMALL PACKERS."
