Any job site is as good as the jobs it gets. Naukri has been making money from consultants and not MNC’s as their main business model is selling database. The job posting is offered for free with the package which cost couple of lakhs. So, the reliability of finding a good job from naukri is close to zero.
Well its only working when you update your profile on routine basis. Most active profile appears on top when searched by recruiters.
