naukri.com is recommended site for those searching for job. It may not be the model website for those seeking jobs but it is the top two websites for job seekers from India along with the timesjobsandcareers.com.
The websites needs to be improved more to put it in the top website for job seekers and should concentrate more on indians seeking jobs abroad as these could help them to be more succesful and those getting proper placements abroad can contribute to india by bringing in large amounts of foreign exchange and remittances.
It is a good site but I still feel it can be improved more to make it more useful by putting jobs in proper categories to make search more easier and timesaving. It can also introduce country and city categories of listing jobs. My best wishes are with the team of naukri and I offer any support they would require from me and lets concentrate on indians after all its our india which we should love.
