Resume Development: When the service is explained to you by an executive in my case Rishab from there chandigarh office, he made it sound the one time fees for resume development as if i would have to pay just once n then I can alter my resume if need be.But let me tell all those people who are about to buy there services that this is one time use service and not one time payment service.You can alter it on your own and no resume developer will be responsible for altering it.
The point I want to make here is what if u gain an experience of say 6 months and you want to tell all those 1000 consultants that your copies are supposedly send to, that I am an experience holder now.There is no way you can do that because resume Flash service is just 1 time use service too.Even if you hare relocated to another place and you want to edit your resume and tell the consultants that this is my new number there is no way that you can.Even if you wanna tell them that u have changed your number due to god knw wat reason there is no way you can do this.All this was not conveyed to me or my friends who took thses services.As I mentioned before , that HE(rishab) told us that it was one time payment service.
Besides that even if u edit the resume developed by there exclaimed resume developer how are you suppose to fit the info in that area because they use some software to fit all that info in one page or two page with all those fonts, font type, size, spacing, indexing and wat not .
When I confroted the executive with all this he said that you should not have finalized your resume then.And finally he made an excuse that since the office timings are over this will be checked the next day. And I can entertain your call because some important personnel calls are kept on waiting and hurriedly get the phone.Those calls certainly came to his rescue.
A company that claims to have a huge database of both recruiters and job seekers fails to understand a common logic behind the fact that resume can be altered or info has to be added over a period of time to make your resume look good and you employable.
And let me mention another fact there is no grievance redressal or escalation is taken very lightly.The senior executive would just simply refuse that no we donot do.And all this is mentioned on our site.
The crux is that all these things have to be told before hand but none is told .And just to mention the people getting jobs from paid service is a myth because there jobmail service just donot fit your profile in no way.You end up getting the same jobs that you keep avoiding or dnt match your profile at all.
Now People you be the judge and make an informed decision......This so very pathetic, frustrating, infuriating....
