I have made a payment of rs.5500/- For package of resume development and other services on 20th september 2012, and was promised to have the process completed in 7 working days. The first draft of the resume was sent(which was completely filled with errors)on 26th september, and after I reverted back, pointing out the errors. I DID not hear back from them till 12th october, in-spite of numerous emails and phone calls.
On 12th october, I get the 2nd draft, which is no different from the first draft, and none of the customer care executives responsible for the delivery were available on phone.( I tried to reach mini / Sumitra / Prahshant on their personal numbers provided by vandana in customer care)
I seek a refund of the amount immediately
