Only few staff are trained. I can see most of the staff is from Tamil Nadu and don't know Tamil or English, and it becomes very hard to communicate.
Naturals revised the price last month which is really unreasonable. The facial like lightning facial has no effect at all. They have it just for name sake. I got the worst experience from Natural Salon.
I had gone for a haircut and facial to Natural before my cousins marriage. I lost the wonderful day because of Naturals, they made me like a buffoon.
I can strongly say that Naturals have very few hair design experts remaining all are training persons. Please don't think Natural as a brand and waste your money.
