This is a Baghbaan kind of story which was a Multistarer film in Hindi with Amitabh Bachhan in lead role. In Natsamrat the movie is all about an actor who got retired from his drama acting and distributed his earnings and properties among his son and daughter. His son's wife got him out of her house and his daughter blame him stolen money.
In Natsamrat Nana Patekar has shown his all time command over his acting as well as his dialogue delivery which used to fix the audience in the seat. Some sympathy of his(Nana's) Naam foundation charity work in Vidarbha and Marathwada region of Maharashtra also contributed to fetch a good audience in a Hall.
Overall the movies is highly appreciated.
