My family purchased this model in Feb 2000 in India. The date today is August 2020 and we still have this machine only because of the face that it is still functional and washes very well. There are a lot of products now a days but getting a machine which could compete at this level is next to impossible.
We needed a minor repair for it in 2015 and after that currently we a facing some minor issue again which will be fixed in a few days as per technician availability. It is sad this company is no longer in business but their products were really the best.
