National Insurance Company Two Wheeler Insurance
In This age of competitiveness National Insurance Company do not care there old customer, and I am one of the lucky customer of National Insurance Company. I Have a Two wheeler insurance with the National Insurance Company for last 5 years and no claim till now.
On 20-Aug-2016 is my renewal date, since last 1 year I am renewing my policy online through their National Insurance Company official website - https://niconline.in/. I was not able to renew my policy.
Call up there customer care on non official hr, as per IVR I will get a call back no call back came to my phone.
Chat team update me that the policy no is not available online and as per them I have to is it any nearest NIC office and renew policy from there more they were giving bluff to try the same after 9 am morning.
I do not understand in the digital age I have to visit the local office in busy schedule.
Guys I will suggest all of you please have touch with your Auto Service center and ask them which is best and have free from all kind of hazard with more facilities.
Then compare the same with other companies online.
Then choose the same.
