I had lodged a complain with Nasaka. My entire water purifier was completely surrounded by fungi and algae from inside as shown in the picture which led to food poisoning of all our family members. The complain number given was 335124.
No body expect water to be contaminated so bad.
The technician called us after complain lodge and we could not attend the phone due to unavoidable situation. In 2 min we got the message that the issue was closed. On calling up customer care, I was informed that there policy is to close the call even if a customer is not attending a single call. Hell with this policy!
The company is very poor in customer service management and I would highly recommend to stay away from this company under any circumstances. The product is poor and there is no filtering process after sometime.
Our recommendation is that you will get lots of service agents nearby who can service Aqua guard water purifiers but not NASAKA who closely held their service knowhow and extremely difficult to repair. Its like Maruti Vs GM.
