I visited narayana hrudayalaya when I was having severe back pain and met Dr. Thimappa. After reviewing my condition the doctor advised me to undergo MRI and get few x-rays done.
I had to wait for 4 hours to get my MRI done and the staff was not at all co-operative. I had to repeatedly ask them for a chair with back support but the request was not heard for an hour after which the chair was given.
X-ray and MRI reports were not delivered on the time they commited. Being a patient I felt really bad on how they took care of me.This place is just for minting money and does not hold good on lines of a hospital.
