I really really hade bad experience in Narayana Hrudalaya Mysore, recently I admitted my mother, her IID no is-10140000059283, she had just undergone breathing problem and was in ICU and got discharged last week, today I had taken her for check around 10 am and we were suppose to se Dr proven it went like 12:30
And no one is even concerns to let us know why it's getting hours just to have general check up, later I went to receptionist and she was HORRIBLE lady and her name was Maria, and she was one bad female I had ever met some time later she informed to meet DR keshav murthy, and went again like 1:30 pm and when we asked Maria again she went rude and I have to shout at her.
And she was leat bothered she caller her manager and his name was Mr Lokesh he informed Maris to be polite and calm she started to shout at him, now I have made appointment for next how could Narayana Hrudalaya expect me to se. The same lady, she deserve to be sacked or warned to be polite and apologise my mom for inconvinence she caused.
