Worst expierience lost my 15 months old son. Review on Narayana Health - Anekal Taluk - Bangalore

Very bad expierience I lost my son bcoz of narayana hrudayalaya I chose to go to narayan hrudayalaya as I had heard so much about dr devi shetty and there expertise in pediatric cardiology we went to the hospital were after some tests they refered us to dr pradip kaushik he told us that a open heart surgery is he told us that it is not a very complicated surgery and has to be done within 3 to 4 months we met dr devi shetty and he also told us that a surgery needs to be done so we decided for a surgery in april dr kaushik was supposed to do the surgery and dr devi shetty told us that he will be present for the surgery after the surgery was done my son was shifted to the room were he had fever so he was again shifted to icu for two days and shifted to the room again and given antibiotics for 7 days and finally echo was done and we were told that there is some minor leakage in patch and will be ok in some days and he was given discharge and was also given some tablets along with ibugesic plus for fever for five days we gave him the medicine for few days and as we stopped giving him the tablet he again started getting fever so we gave him some medication in our city and as we bought him for follow up after 45 days as decided to NH they again did the echo and then we met dr kaushik who told us that you have to admit your child immediately as he has infection and the patch they had put during surgery has come off as we admitted him the next day he was taken for mri were he was conscious but as they could not find his vein they tried for almost 2 hrs and finally there he was put on ventilator as they said his bp went low while finding his vein after that dr kaushik told us that they need to do surgery again and replace the patch as it was infected so they did the surgery again and replaced the patch all this period he was on ventilator for almost 22 days

and finally he passed away in july

my expierience has been worst and I think it would have been better if I would have gone to some other hospital even after doing the same surgerywhich they had told was only a one time correction for two times and making my son suffer for 3 months they could not save him they really ruined my life
