I have gone to Hosur Road Nandi Toyota four times so far for my fortuner service. All the four times there were issues like scratches, dents, issue in fixing the accessory, improper handling and car not cleaned well.....etc.
All the four times I complained and escalated to all levels. No improvement and felt very bad.
