Pathetic service. Management should either work on proper coordination between doctors and nurses or just shut the hospital. I'm currently with a patient in general ward. He was admitted around 10.30 today morning and doctor Nitin Rathod visited him immediately and wrote some medicines and some test. For next one hour patient was struggling but nurses were not attending and just telling that doctor will come on round again. Then after an hour or so nurse checked the file because I was standing there and saw that doctor has written something and later I realised she knew but was not checking because she wanted the doc to write somewhere else and doctor had written on some other sheet ( I heard two nurses talking about this) . After an hour blood check was done and they told me soon ECG and sonography would be done.Another junior doc visited at 3 pm and I asked her about the test, she told that it would be done in sometime. When I asked nurse about it, they say doctor has not sent something. Sometimes they say that file is somewhere. Whatever it may be patient is here since 10.30 am and now it's 5 pm and yet tests are not done. If management cannot handle these things then I think you guys don't deserve to run this hospital.
Either don't have a general ward or maintain the service you serve your patients.
When asked for other rooms you say they are full and then you offer such service to patients in general ward.
