Great, great, great. This is amazing. I love to cook with ghee - not only in Indian food but for just about anything I would use butter for. Margarine left my kitchen a long time ago and stick butter is expensive. Not that ghee is inexpensive, but it imparts all the flavor of real butter, has a higher flash point than real butter and is very economic in its use. Since all(or most) of the milk solids has been removed you can heat it at higher temps than butter. This particular brand is made from salt-free butter and in India the cows are considered holy so they are most likely grass fed. Great to have around, does not need to refrigerated and can be used for whatever regular butter would be used for. Use it on popcorn, in cakes, stir-frying, etc.
