We checked in a relatively highly priced rooms. We took 3 rooms in total .
But the service was not matching upto the price. In the rooms they give you a very thin blanket and it is not enough if the weather is a bit cold. Rooms are dimly lit.
Early morning forget about having hot water supply. Even after lot of requests - mentioning that we had elderly people accompanying us there was no response. Apparently there was nobody there on duty who could turn on the hot water system! And they were talking of round the clock service. They dont expect there customers to get up early and provide hot water. They have to make a request only after 9 am when there staff comes to make a request for the same.
Room service was even worse. Tea was horrible and cold everytime it was ordered.
Overall a very bad experience . Totally unresponsive staff!
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
