The latest season of Nach Baliye had been associated with some captivating performances, juicy controversies and above all dramatic real-life showdowns.
Chetan Bhagat is now one of the three celebrity judges. Every season, I marvel at the increasingly obscure couples that the show's producers seem to fish out of the nether depths of Bollywood and TV-dom.
The celebrity couples who were introduced with a brief background on their real life relationships as soon as their first performance ended, are to be credited for some genuine poignant moments in the first episode itself. Rithvik Dhanjani and Karan Patel conjured up just the right chemistry to play their parts in making the entertainment wholesome. The Sunday telecasts of this season, were unusually high on the entertainment quotient, provided in equal measure by class dance acts, circumstantial humor and tension between Pestonji and Bhagat.
