I had placed an order for Rotimaker last year on Naaptol. Initially they were very good on the call. I received the product but it turned out to be a disaster as I could not prepare any rotis out of it. Now I wanted to return the product and order something else.
You wont believe I had to call them 100 times to do so. Moreover every time I had to repeat the same thing as different customer service people used to receive the call. I was fed up and then spoke to one of their managers threatening that I will sue them if my money is not refunded or I get some other product. Finally after 7 months my order for 4 bedsheets was placed in exchange of the Rotimaker. I received the product only after 20 days. Also they had mentioned that the delivery was not available for my order. What a pathetic service. My woes were still not over as the bedsheets I received were not the same that I had ordered and one of them was torn.
