I had tried messaging them through support@naaptol, many times, but  never get a response to my query or status update. I have order my Karbonn A9 Plus (order no:5708572) on 01 st Jan 2013, the status seem to show ready for Cargo and even AWB has been shown, but I am either getting tracking info nor any response from so called naaptol customer care people.
