I was adding my address in Naaptol website and instead of Noida, it accepted Bhisrakh(some place in UP). I changed my address in its website and also logged a complaint against the issue. There was no auto-generated reply from the website. Plus when I called their customer care, the replies I was getting were really bad. One cannot say that they could understand what the customer is saying on phone. Whenever you say something, there is silence from the other side.
In the end, I hung up in frustration and do not know if I will get my shipment on time or not.
