I had ordered a 4sim mobile from naptool form some thing 3200 with shipping charges .added. and the day I brought . And started it it camera was not opening . The. I tryed to open the Fm It was also not opening , it was also show on tv that . It has whatsapp support but in the device there no whatsapp option.available. then when I complaint to it they had take more then 14 days means 2weeks just to except my complaint every time I had call them they said u complaint was cancelled and has been place new complaint . Due to some reasons . this way they took my 2 weeks . And also they had given a very bad service . when. Ihad get rhe replace ment it was seen that . The mobile was also opened for some work its body were having so much of scratches on it , after that I dont repalcd it . the model of the device was v6666 .aur some thing like this
