Ordered one HCL SYNC Tab on 18th August 2013. When I talked to their Customer Care executives they giving false excuses regarding non delivery of the product. They are so daring that openly challenge me & told me not to accept the product & reluctant of hearing customers feed backs The products are also not up to the mark.
The delivery channel Aramex is very bad. There is a false field named "Post Complaint" No one is there to listen about your complaints If someone is going to buy anything from them go for the option COD (Cash On Delivery) otherwise there are so many chances of getting inferior products or problems regarding non- delivery.
Very Very bad online shopping site with inferior products with false commitments and very poor delivery services. Never expected. For further proof I've attached my order details. Check it.
They're also hiding negative feed back about products. If you've any negative feedback they will never allow you to post ur review on Naaptol Site.
