Hi guys, no effective a customer service .double price then other well know online site .poor quality of product I purchased a mobile phone that is not useful for me it is really a bad product.very high price of product .they company works only to cheat their customers naaptol is a worst then worst .naaptol sells old product.and cheap one guys dont buy anything from naaptol really worst .sach a bad online shopping experience.they have send me old dated product.there is no proper complaint cell in naaptol support couldn't resolve the complaint number of higher authorities in not given for compliant even custmer support team do not transfer thecall to any higher authrities no details of tracking order or Currier service details will be given to customer for any order.no provision of refund in from of monery sach site should be immediately banned or make people aware through forums that they should not go for such a fraud website.the company work only to cheat their custmers.never ever bay anything from this cheating company
