We chose online shopping option for convenient, variety of products and for good pricing. We also hope that it would be reliable and deliver good product to us. But when comes to shop from naaptol.com, our trust on online shopping site will lose. First of all the products they show in the ads are different from delivered products. The products are cheap and like local made.
They just make good advertises other than that nothing is good in it. Their delivery timing is also very late. Customer care service is also poor. You have to try so many times to return or refund for the product. I did not like this site at all.
