One day just like that I thought I should buy a new mobile. Surfing through TOI ( another Jholer ) I chanced upon an ad which screamed 89% discount ... fooled by statistics and notional profit I thought of giving them a call...the conversation went something like this.
Me : Hi
NT : Hello sir ! Where should I send your product ?
Me : Actually I just called to check availability of Blackcherry XYZ ?
NT : Sir ! It is available. Where should I send your product ?
Me : What will be the total charges ?
NT : Rs 23000 but as you are our esteemed customer we are offering 89% discount. Where should I send your product ?
Me : What are the features ?
NT : Its our most popular phone. Where should I send your product ?
Me : When it will be delivered ?
NT : 7-10 days. So where should I send your product ?
Me : And what about ...
NT : So where should I send your product ?
I gave up and ordered the mobile phone.
From 8th day onwards...
Me : When my product will come.
NT : Sorry sir you have called XYZ department. Please call ABC department for such enquiries.
Finally on 27th day I got the product. The screen was broken. Bluetooth was not working. And there was no manual. It was late so I thought I will call next day. So next day...
Me : The mobile was received in broken condition
NT : Sorry sir you have called ABC department. Please call XYZ department for such issues.
Me : But they told me to call you.
NT : Forget that ! You want to buy something else ?
Me : But I have already paid. I want service.
NT : Sir. You should have called on that day itself. Now we dont take responsibility. Any how How about a sewing machine? So where should I send your product ?
There is also a provision to write a review on their website. but nothing gets updated. Spooky! By mistake I called from different number to complain and from that day onwrads they are shamelessly calling the other number as well asking me "So where should I send your product ?"
