I placed an order for night vision glasses( 3 pcs set) on 29th March.


The order reference is 21509279.


I was given a delivery date of 4th April. This order was booked with First Flight couriers. I paid a freight amount of Rs.299.00 for this order weighing


Less than 400 grams.


The shipment arrived in my city on 5th april and I got a call from the courier


Company and was told that it will be delivered the next day. However they


Took it for granted that they can deliver at their leisure when they are Free.


The delivery was finally made today 11th April in the afternoon. When I asked the reason for delivery delay of almost a week within a radius of 2 Kms.I was told that they were too busy with lots of other deliveries.


I paid 299 rupees for such a small parcel which was delivered when they were FREE.


I called up Naaptol customer service and he did not bother to allow me to


Even give him my complaint. He disconnected my line while I was still talking. VERY VERY RUDE customer service,


If customers are not given their due respect, you will soon have non left
