I bought a product over call from their advertisement on TV.Item was not fit and good so I texted them on whatsapp within 48 hours to return the item but got irrelevant replies. I tried finding their correct customer service number. Today I when I called them they said, you had to call within 48 hours. And refuse to take the item back and disconnected the call, although it is nowhere mentioned that call to return item has to be made within 48 hours. I checked online it says customers have to contact within 10 days. I DON’T RECOMMEND TO BUY THINGS FROM NAAPTOL.
