No doubt, Naaptol is a famous online shopping company, costomer service is good, better response on tele conversation, but product which is provided by other company on naaptol is not reliable, I am not blamming the company but management must check to delivered items is wel functioned or not. Company using Packing material is strong but it sould also check the servicibility of product, I have bad experience from naaptol, I bought a Vodafone all in one computer keyboard two years ago, when I was open a packing and checking by conecting with television, it works but the memory card inserted with device is currupted, I disappointed, but I was not reported and I was insert my smatphone's memory card and started usase. Bad show
