" NAAPTOL " According To Their Tagline " NAAPTOL NE HI BADLE HA SHOPPING KE FUNDEY " Yes They Have Changed It And They Have Changed It To That Level Where We Can't Reach And They Have Made A Believe In Us To Never Trust Naaptol Again. The Products Of Naaptol Are So Poor In Quality And Cheap That Even China Couldn't Claimed Them . The Naaptol Claimed That There Products Are ISO Certified But I Can't Even Think It In My Dream As I Has Faced A Bad Experience With Naaptol.
• Last Month I Have Ordered A Combo From Naaptol For 3 Branded T-shirts And 1 Jeans And Bag In 2999 . After I Had Placed An Ordered With Them There Delivery Time Is Literally Worst I Have Received My Combo After 1 Week.
• After, I Have Received It I open And Try It . But There Quality Is So Bad That From No Angle Those T-shirts Are Looking Branded And I'm 100% Sure That They Have Have Used Only Name Of Brand And Delivered Me A Poor Quality Package, As I Am Using That Brand From Last 3 Years And I'm 100% Fully Aware Of Its Quality That When They Can Sell Or Not .
• Also When I Contact The Customer Care To Register My Complaint About Poor Quality Of Product, They Have Taken 3 Times Proper Detail From Me On That Day By Texting Me Again And Again That Your Complaint Is Not Registered Please Registered It Again, And The Executive Told Me In 24Hours The Package Has Been Taken From Your House, But Nothing Happens Such, And I Called Them Daily And Daily They Again Registered My Complaint And After 6Days When I loose My Patience And Shouted On Them, Firstly They Cut The Call And After Few Minutes a Call Camed To Me From Another Number And He Said Sir U Have Called In Naaptol For Registering Complaint And I Said Yes, After That He Started Abusing To Me And To My Family, I Just Ignored Them And When I Called Next Day They Said That There Is No Complaint Registered Here And I Said Registered It Now And They Said We Can't Do Anything As Return Back Time Of Your Product Is Over .
• The Only Thing Which Attract Me Is There HOST Who Shouted Like Mad To Sell The Products And Make People Fool .
In This Way I Was Cheated By Naaptol, Although There Prices Are Low Which Surely Attracts You, But They Didn't Delivered You What They Will Show You And If They Delivered Then There Quality Was WorST.
