Naaptol one of the most popular and versatile online shopping platform which allows us to choose a variety no. of products over more than 1k brands.The greatness of this online shopping platform is you only have to give a missed call and for what you can order of your choice at instant.Two years ago I was interacted with this site since I was never come to know about its features and supporting service. I at first found that a varied collection of product with my favourite brands were available with very very lesser price which I expected. Then the payment system forced me to think a little about this site, whether it is safe or not.But fortunately Cash On Delivery option was found.Obviously product quality and its durability matters when we use an product, but I found a no. of positive comment about its product from my neighbours. So ultimately I decided to buy product from this site.

But all my investigation goes in vain when I received worse products from this portal. I had ordered a stationary jewelry about 699/- and a shirt of about 900/- for me. I had ordered them via phonecalls and one of their representative placed my order. The order processing speed was quite fabulous and within the seven days of order I received my booked items and pay the required amount to the courier boy. But when I opened the seal I found very ruthless product. My shirt was found very cheap type and duplicate and the jewelry just like a readymade ordinary ornament. They were not like that it was seen in the TV.Later I contact to customer support of Naaptol, and they show sympathy towards me and promised me to be returned. But it take near about 40days to be returned but I never got my cash.Later I had to buy another products from this valueless online market.

Pros- Booking of items is so easy as they are booked at instant without any issue.

( 2) Customers support is good but not very good.

( 3) Quick delivery of our orders with good package conditions.

( 4) Products are available at affordable price.

Cons-( 1) Quality of products are very cheap and they sell their product of ordinary brands in the name of best brands.

( 2) Return policies are very very poor.

( 3) There is no return of paid amount even if you return your booked items. And you have to also pay some additional charges for couriering the items.

( 4) There products are not like that as they show in TV or website. They are completely different from images and videos.

Overally I don't make any recommendations to use this site.My suggestion not to use this site as far as possible. You can choose alternate online platform like Flipkart, Snapdeal etc to book your orders as their return policy is secure and in some case they return back your money which you spend in courier. There customer support is also very well and on-line shopping through them is very flexible and highly recommended.Have a nice day.
