Apart from defected product sent by Naaptol a lot of lies and miscomitment. Before few days Naaptol people called me and told that we shall send you a refund of 1000 Rs. within 10 to 12 working days. Now it is more than 15 days and they people forgot about refund. Just calling me anytime and asking that you got your cheque of Rs. 150.
Really shocked with such a poor service, miscomitment, lies and cheating people.
I purchased an audio system from Naaptol. The product never worked. When sent for replacement or repairing, they people took the product back and never replaced. At last decided to pay rs. 150 for the product of rs. 2300. Such a poor service from Naaptol. will never buy anything from Naaptol. They never provided customer service, just cut phones when asked for replacement or refund.
