Today I am going to share my worst experience with Naaptol.com. on 15th January 2017 I ordered one Grey Color shirt in Cotton material and 3 Tshirts pack and I received these products on 20th January but when I opened shirt then I found that Material of the shirt was Silk type. I called to Naaptol and asked them why they sent me shirt in Silk material when I ordered Cotton shirt . Naaptol executive replied me that we have this product in only silk material. So I requested them for refund and I can’t accept this product but they denied to give me refund and said you can only take coupon for your another shopping on Naaptol in replacement of shirt.But that was useless for me because I paid them in cash and if customer is not satisfied them with the product them naaptol has to give refund not the coupon. But they are seriously fake they will give you only coupon for naaptol fake shopping.
