I have ordered and received 8 bedseets set(Rangeen Rajastan) from Naaptol.
It was wonderful to see the advertisement in the TV. Bedsheets looked very nice on the screen and we have ordered the same. Bed sheets reached us and it was as beautiful as it was shown in the TV. We used it as well. But after one wash beauty of the real beauty of the bedsheets came into picture. Colour faded drastically. We washed all the bed sheets received, all left colors. Especially pillow covers. Totally became like old pieces.
I raised the complaint with Naaptol and they arranged for the reverse pickup and the new set arrived in some days. Again the same story. Color faded drastically after wash. Also one double bedsheet is damaged / 4 inches torn in the edge. I raised the complaint in Naaptol website. For my surprise thye called and said thati would have raised the complaint within one week of receiving the product.
How can I imagine in my dreams that again they will send the similar quality product after exchange as well. For the damage case, they said I would have inspected the products(8 bedsheets and 12 Pillow covers) as soon as I received them. Which I have not done and noticed only while washing it after using it for less than a week. Now the are saying exchange or refund is not possible at all.
Please note that we cannot trust this product / seller / website selling it as they don't have listening ears for the customers. They just have to sell the products they have in their warehouse by fooling the customer by showing advertisements in the TV for hours together. Just don't buy this and don't go by their advertisements. It's all the trick to fool the customers.
