I had the worst experience shopping with NAPTOL.and I have sweared to myself never ever buy anything from there.
An online shop that sells broken stuffs.a year back I got a cookware set from naptol and the handle was broken.it could not be used at any cost.the whole set looked like a defective piece of the brand.i placed a return order and waited for 13 days for them to come and take back the product but I got no reply.when I called the customer care they said that the return order was cancelled because the product does not have a return option.
when I got the product I saw the return option which they removed later.
bad quality product was give to me.it was of no use to me.
never ever buy things from NAPTOP.
