I have been buying several products from various mail order companies in India and observed that Naaptol.com is a fair deal business house.
The biggest suspense in buying from a mail order company is that you are buying a product that you have not seen.
I have a suggestion for Naaptol to implement. This suggestion will reduce returns and give the prospective buyer a fairly good idea of product.
Write dimensions of the product like length, width, thickness and weight of the product.
Here I give an example: I bought a ladies hand bag for my daughter's birthday present.
After payment, I opened the parcel and was disappointed to see that the colour was slightly different than the one in the picture on website and the length and width was less than the one she already had.
Had the size been mentioned on the website, I would have paid a bit extra and bought a bigger one. This is just a suggestion.
I would be happy if you could give me a feed back if you liked or did not not like it.
