Order Amount: 4398.00


2nd May 2016: Order placed and paid by credit card, which includes Rs. 399 as shipment charges.


2nd May 2016: Received SMS thanking for payment and expected to reach on 14 May, 2016


5th May 2016: Received SMS that the material will be delivered via India Post on May 16, 2016


25th May 2016: I requested cancellation of the order for non receipt of material.


28th May 2016: Your office informed that the material is in transit. Refer trailing email.


30th May 2016: I requested you to share courier name, docket number and the date the shipment was handed over to the courier company. NO DETAILS RECEIVED TILL DATE.


4th June 2016: Reminder sent by me - NO REPLY


8th June 2016: Registered complaint No. 15807182 towards cancellation of the order & refund.


30th June 2016: Sent email to CEO stating all details.


30th June 2016: Mansi Joshi replies, "However the same was not out for delivery citing logistic issues."


11th July 2016: Reminder sent.


11th July 2016: Mansi Joshi replied, "We have received an official confirmation from them stating that the shipment is on HOLD. Hence refund request has been forwarded to the concern team. We expect that refund shall be initiated within next 24-48 hours"


18th July 2016: Reminder sent for refund as refund is still not made.


19th July 2016: Mansi Joshi replied, "we are following with the concern team internally and refund shall be initiated shortly."


26th July 2016: Mansi Joshi replied, "We regret to inform you that we were unable to HOLD the shipment as


the same reflects as shipped from our end".


This is a deliberate attempt of NAAPTOL to cheat customers. Do not buy from this site.


I am in the process of approaching the consumer forum to fight a legal battle.
